• THE CAPTAIN IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS/HER OWN CHAFE GEAR!
• IF YOU USE A MAST BUOY, TAKE IT WITH YOU IN THE FALL WHEN YOU ARE THROUGH BOATING…it will last longer and be less likely to splinter.
• IN THE EVENT OF A HURRICANE OR HURRICANE FORCE WINDS, GET TO A HURRICANE HOLE OR PULL YOUR BOAT.
• If we print a work order on your fall invoice or inspection invoice, we always require customer approval before the work is done...you should call us to put the work on our "To do" list as soon as possible.
• Once a customer approves the work we suggest, or joins our annual care service, we always do the work before we send an invoice/bill. (Unlike some of our competitors who bill first.)
• PERMIT STICKERS - Mooring owners who have established moorings: If your town provides you with a sticker w/ a permit # on it, please put it on yourself when you begin your boating season if at all possible. We will put it on new moorings (required by us as proof of permit before we set any new mooring), but when customers continue to send their stickers to us through the mail in the winter and spring, they can get lost very easliy. It is difficult to put stickers on during the winter since we store our mooring gear outside. We try to put them on in the spring, however they will often fall off before you even begin boating (this is also why we paint permit #'s on ).
